Hey everyone,
I hope everyone has been well and that you are all having a great weekend. Firstly I just wanted to apologise for my absence. I've been going through a pretty rough time recently which has been taking up all my time and I also didn't have access to the internet for a little while....so I had to take a break from blogging and I feel really bad about that. It's wierd, I feel like failed at it or something as I'd only just started out and I was doing so well!
Anyhow, I hope all you guys haven't given up on me and I hope to have new posts up and hopefully make some improvements on the look of my blog real soon :) I have quite a few new products that I'm really excited to try out and share with you all!!!
I'll keep it short and sweet for now and will have some new posts up soon!
xoxo

October Loves
Hi Girls,
I cannot believe it's November already, so as it's the start of a new month I thought I would do a post on what I've been loving in October. I also wanted to apologise for my absence over the last couple of weeks, I've been having a few personal problems and they have taken up all my time and energy over the last few weeks. It's amazing how guilty I feel for missing only a few weeks, I've been itching to get back!
Here's a few things I've been loving this month:
Li‘l Lush Pud
This was my first ever Lush purchase and I loved it! My skin smelt lovely afterwards and I could still smell it in my bathroom the next day! I've just made another order to Lush so I'll let you know what goodies I've got. If you've never tried Lush I would highly recommend you do. I've always been a bit nervous about Lush because whenever I've been in the shop I felt overwhelmed by all the different types of products and I wasn't sure what any of them did. I finally took the plunge and read their Lush Times paper and I feel like I understand what's what now!
My Dorothy Perkins ring
OPI Sparkle-icious
This is from the Burlesque Collection. Such a fun polish which I'm going to be wearing lots between now and Christmas. It will be great for all the parties over Christmas! It was really easy to apply and dried super quick.
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish and MAC Studio Fix Foundation NC15
I'll be doing a review on these two in the next couple of weeks so I'll talk about them more in depth then.
I'm in love with MAC Studio Fix foundation, I know this is probably an old one for most of you but I have only just tried this for the first time this month. I bought the pump too, I thought it would be too fiddly to try and tip it out and would end up wasting lots of product too which you definately don't want!
Upcoming things I will be reviewing:
La Roche-Posay Lipikar Balm
Part 1 of my perfume collection
Mac Studio Fix Foundation
Fade Out Eye Cream
H2O+ sea-derived skincare
Hope you all had a brilliant Halloween!
Zoe xoxo

I'm a beautiful blogger & One Lovely Blog Winner!
Hey Ladies,
So on Sunday night I was sat trying to enjoy the last few hours of remaining freedom before Monday rolled round again when I got a lovely surprise! I went onto Twitter and saw I had received 2 blog awards from the lovely Behind the Shoes :) It made my night and I was over the moon to receive the following:
As part of receiving these awards I have to tell you 7 secrets/facts about myself and pass these awards onto 10 other lovely bloggers.
I'm not sure these are very interesting but here you go haha!
1. I almost died once, when I was really small (about 5 I think) I almost drowned at hemsworth water park and a man jumped in to save me!
2. I'm a big console gaming geek (when I get time!)...current favourites are Left 4 Dead and any kind of guitar hero/rock band game.
3. My favourite kind of music is rock/punk/metal music - bullet for my valentine, paramore, papa roach etc (hence my love of the above games!)
4. I have a strange finger (lol) my mum trapped my finger in the door when I was 1 and the end of my finger came off and my nail is now stuck to my finger so it's curled over. I hate it but I forget it's there 99% of the time. (I will spare you a picture unless any of you would particularly like to see!!)
5. I love to sniff any kind of catalog or magazine it's one of the best smells ever haha along with grapefruits, matches and fresh cut grass. Ooh I also like to sniff my cats fur, they smell nice!
6. I don't drink alcohol very often and I much prefer a cup of tea (as sad as that is!) My other favourite drink is a snowball they make me think of Christmas my fave time of year :)
7. I was an only child for most of my life (my mum had me really young at 15) and thought I always would be, but I now have a sister who is 4 and a little brother who is 1.
So, the lovely ladies I have decided to pass this award on to are:
Dainty Dolly Mix
All Made up
Charlottes obsessions
Hayleys Fashion Fix
Peonies & lillies
Cheryls beauty blog
Skin scrubs
Cheeky Beauty
The Beauty Hall
Sana's beauty spot
Well done girls! Make sure you all check these blogs out, they're great :)
Now you girls just need to do the same as above xxx

My Gorgeous Babies!
This is nothing to do with beauty but I really wanted to do a post about my gorgeous kittys Dolly and Bo!
They are both British Shorthairs - Dolly a Blue Cream and Bo a Blue. People never understand that Dolly is the same breed as Bo because she's a varient. Apparently hundreds of years ago the BS nearly went extinct so they bred them with Persians. Even though it's not done now the persian still runs in the blood and every now and then you get a fluffy one! (This is what I was told anyway!)
Here they are, love them to bits

FOTD Special Request!
Good evening girls,
How on earth is it Sunday night already, the weekend's just go way too fast!
I had a request from the lovely Skin Scrubs a couple of days ago, who wanted to see me with green eyes.
I kind of didn't want to do a FOTD because I've been ill this week and now my skin is all dry so I'm sorry about that!
I had a rake through my make-up and the only greens I had were in my Front Cover Eye Spy pallette.
There was 3 greens in the pallette - Lime Sherbet, Parrot and Amber Green. I first started off trying to do a day look with the Lime Sherbet and Amber Green but the colour payoff was just not good enough and you couldn't even see it on the camera. I think next time I will try those colours wet to see if it gives a stronger colour.
So next up I thought I would try a more evening/party look using the Parrot colour.
First I primed my eye's using Urban Decay Primer Potion, than I put the parrot colour all over my lid blending out the harsh edges and I also put a little bit underneath my eye as well. Next I put liquid liner on my top lid and lined my lower lid with a black pencil. On my eyelashes I have on Max Factors Xperience Mascara. Here are the results (click to enlarge) -
After I had done this plain green look I thought I'd try adding some of the glitter that comes with the Eye Spy pallette on top of the green. I used Sweet Pea and Ingot -
I had to be quite careful putting this on over the top as it tended to drag the eyeshadow colour underneath so I just tried to pat it on. Here's what it looks like with the glitter -
I was sparkling like a Christmas tree! You can't see the effect as well on the pictures but it does look really pretty in real life and would be good for a party! On my lips I was wearing Models Own Lip Balm in Blackberry.
I REALLY like Models Own Lip Balms, I would say they're more of a stain than a balm as I don't find them particularly moisturising but they give a lovely colour and they smell yummy! :)
Well I hope you like today's FOTD and hope you all are enjoying the rest of you weekend!
Thanks for reading

Juicy Couture rollerballs, my new handbag must!
Evening girls,
Well it's been a while since I've posted, or it feels like it anyway! I've been really ill the last couple of days and just really haven't felt like sitting in front of a computer, I'm not actually better yet but I felt like it was getting too long without a post!
So a couple of days ago I got a set of 3 Juicy Couture 7.5ml rollerballs and I LOVE them! I have to admit I bought them without smelling them first which I don't normally do but I'd heard a lot of good things about them so I thought I'd take a chance and the gamble paid off.
Viva La Juicy
Described as having top notes of wild berries and juicy mandarin tempered with honeysuckle, gardenia, and jasmine. Underlying it all are warm tones of amber, caramel, vanilla, sandalwood, and praline.
This one is my favourite out of the three!
Juicy Couture
Featuring top notes of watermelon, mandarin, and passion fruit combined with the freshness of bright marigold and green apple, lightened by a splash of water hyacinth and crushed leaves. Deeper notes of wild rose with sophisticated princess lily and creamy tuberose undertones. Base notes of caramel créme brulé and vanilla meld with elegant precious woods and patchouli.
Couture Couture
Top notes of pink grape accord with orange flower and middle notes of blushed plum, honeysuckle and base notes of sandalwood this perfume inspires to show off, be loud, talk to strangers, make a scene, and love life!
What I was really surprised with was how strong the scents are and how long they last. I have quite a few perfumes (Will do a post on my collection soon!) and most of the time I notice the smell for a while but then after a couple of hours I can't smell it anymore. With these I put a really small amount on my wrist and on my neck in the morning and I mean a really small amount...like a swipe on each and I immediately noticed how strong the scent was. Later on that night I could still smell it pretty much just as strong as when I first put it on!
Another thing I like about these is the size, being 7.5ml they are so easy to pop in your bag or clutch and you always have something with you. As the scent is so strong this also makes me think it's really good value for money and will last a long time because you don't have to use very much.
It's my first ever perfume in a rollerball and I'm liking very much! You can pinpoint exactly where you want it instead of it spraying everywhere!!
So if you are thinking of buying a Juicy Couture perfume and aren't sure whether to go for it I would definitely recommend them, they're lush! I think I want a smell of their new one now - Peace, Love, Juicy Couture.
Hope you are all having a good week so far, it's not long until the weekend girls!

MAC Tartan Tale Collection
Just wanted to do a quick post on MAC's upcoming Tartan Tale Collection which I think is released in November in the UK and the end of October in the US. I don't overly love the packaging but the colours all seem really wearable. There are a couple of things that I might get. Here's a couple of pics.
I like the nude eyeshadow pallette and I also quite like the brush kits. What do you all think of this collection and are you planning on getting any of the items?
